What Are the Ten Gods?什麼是十神？

In Bazi (Four Pillars of Energy), the Ten Gods (十神, Shi Shen) are ten relationship archetypes derived from the interaction between your Day Master and every other element in your chart. How the Ten Gods Are Derived十神是如何推導出來的

The Ten Gods come from the Five Elements relationships to your Day Master, split into Yin/Yang polarity:十神源自與你日主的五行關係，並區分為陰陽屬性：

The Five Relationships × Yin/Yang = Ten Gods五種關係 × 陰陽 = 十神

  • Same element as Day Master → Friend / Rob Wealth與日主同五行 → 比肩／劫財
  • Element that generates you (Resource) → Direct Resource / Indirect Resource生你的五行（印星） → 正印／偏印
  • Element you generate (Output) → Eating God / Hurting Officer你所生的五行（食傷） → 食神／傷官
  • Element you control (Wealth) → Direct Wealth / Indirect Wealth你所剋的五行（財星） → 正財／偏財
  • Element that controls you (Power) → Direct Officer / Seven Killings剋你的五行（官殺） → 正官／七殺

When the other element shares the same polarity (both Yang or both Yin) as your Day Master, it becomes the "Indirect" or "Seven Killings" version. When the polarity differs, it becomes the "Direct" version.當另一個五行與你的日主具有相同陰陽屬性（皆為陽或皆為陰）時，就會成為「偏」或「七殺」版。當陰陽屬性不同時，則會成為「正」版。
